Staff training & education

The majority of our staff have study in Vilnius Gedimino Technical University, environmental engineering faculty and have been graduated Master’s degree. Water management director Regimantas Dauknys is a doctor of technical sciences.

Every year a few talented students from environmental engineering faculty are selected and invited to perform summer practice. Best of them are selected and invited and are hired.

For more than 10 last year Arginta is one of the “Most wanted” employers in engineering sector.

Our water management specialists continually improve their skills by attending special seminars, in-service training, organized by the Certification Center of Building Products and the Lithuanian Water Suppliers Association, as well as internal and external training. Our specialists are granted the right to carry out works in the objects of extraordinary importance by the qualification certificates for construction works, technical supervision, engineering, project implementation, expertise, etc., issued by the Ministry of Environment.

Along with qualification improvements, Arginta with support of EU constantly invests in trainings broadening collaboration and communication between different divisions that enhance teamwork and project management skills as well as widens understanding of possible impact of every day work on Environment and Community.
