The main activity of our company is construction, reconstruction and extension of municipal water, wastewater and sludge treatment plants Most of our constructed plants performed under national or international public procurement, performed under “Yellow FIDIC book” (design and build) conditions. Majority of contracts includes the contractor’s guaranteed treatment efficiency parameters, as well as maximum guaranteed operational costs.
With over 130 completed projects, 0% canceled contracts, and 1.7 million residents served daily, our work stands as a benchmark for reliability. We operate under the “Yellow FIDIC” model, ensuring that every project meets strict efficiency and cost-effectiveness guarantees.

1991 – Arginta is founded.
1995 – Expansion into wastewater and water treatment, equipping Vilnius WWTP.
2002 – Entry into water management engineering consultancy.
2003 – Infrastructure projects for rural water sectors.
2004 – Urban water and wastewater projects, along with environmental design and expertise services.
2005 – Launch of environmental investment management and WWTP maintenance.
2008 – Establishment of the Innovation Department, focusing on renewable energy solutions.
2010 – Expansion into sludge treatment construction.
2012 – International expansion, bringing wastewater treatment expertise to EU and CIS markets.
2014 – Constructed 4 sludge treatment plants with sludge digestion and sludge drying.
2014 – Reconstructed municipal WWTP of 330.000 PE.
2015 – Designed and constructed biggest DWTP of 40.000 m3/d.
2015 – Design and construction of 2 biggest municipal biogas projects in Belarus.
2016 – Start of design and reconstruction of Vitebsk WWTP 450.000 PE.
2019 – Start of WWTP design and construction project in Georgia.
2020 –Start of design and reconstruction of Vilnius WWTP 550.000 PE.
2021 –Start of WWTP design and construction project in Croatia .
2023 – Completion of Vilnius WWTP 550.000 PE reconstruction – biggest our project with complete value of 48 mil. Eur.
2025 – Started WWTP design and construction project in Ukraine.
